Dr. Hayder Abdulhussein Oudh Ghilan Al-Deewan, born in Baghdad, Iraq, holds an M.Sc. in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, Poland (2017), and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Islamic Azad University, Isfahan (Khorasgan) Branch, Iran (2025). He is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Technologies at the Southern Technical University, Basra, Iraq.
He also acts as a Company Site Representative for engineering contracts, bringing over 11 years of experience in engineering and project management. A dynamic leader with proven success in competitive environments, he possesses a strong background in business transformation, team development, process optimization, and negotiation.
