I'm s an experienced academic and researcher in the field of Electrical Engineering, specializing in Communications and Computers. I hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and currently serves as the Dean Assistant for Scientific Affairs at Southern Technical University / Basra Technical Institute in Iraq. My research interests include communication systems, digital signal processing, network optimization, wireless communication, and computer networks.
